HASCO Medical Completes Website Upgrades Making Shopping for a Wheelchair Van Easier
(PRWEB) January 18, 2014 -- http://www.HascoMed.com, a company that conducts sales of handicap accessible vans, parts, service and rental operations in eighteen locations from Maine to Florida and sales of medical equipment and supplies in Florida, today announced the launch of the new Mobility Freedom. This website completes the rollout of the two main web properties that HASCO Medical owns, starting with the Ride-Away launch on September 1st, 2013 and now Mobility Freedom. The new site is made to address today’s information hungry consumers with an industry leading inventory search, redesigned intuitive interface, and Mobility Consultant contact tools.
The new site reflects Mobility Freedom’s commitment to quality customer service using proprietary software written in-house that is tailored to the specialized needs of people looking for wheelchair vans. Damon Didier, Director of Marketing at HASCO Medical says, “Our customers want to research and shop from the comfort of their home. We determined there is not a perfect off the shelf software solution in the automotive market that helps our consumers find the perfect wheelchair van. We designed our custom inventory search tools with our customers in mind, enabling them to categorize and search on the unique features people needing a wheelchair van are looking for.” The inventory search is easy with a Universal Search bar, vehicle rebates listing, and advanced searches based on wheelchair conversion type and high resolution photos.
The upgraded site provides users with a redesigned interface that is intuitive and easy to use. Links that customers most often search for are located on the front page of the site. Additionally, customers can utilize the new website to fill out credit applications online and send them electronically and confidentially directly to Mobility Freedom’s Finance and Insurance Department.
Communication is made easier on Mobility Freedom’s new website with multiple means of contacting local stores and emailing Mobility Consultants directly. Customers can use the new site to schedule a service appointment, request a rental quote, schedule a test drive, and send an email to a specific Team Member. A Live Chat system featured on each page of the site offers a way for customers to ask questions and chat one-on-one with Mobility Freedom Team Members in a more casual environment.
Ride-Away will see the enhancements rolled out to http://www.ride-away.com by the end of January 2014. Future improvements in speed, usability and tools designed to make finding the perfect vehicle are planned to rollout by the end of 2014.
