Champion Home Builders® Moves Carolina Building Solutions Production to Lillington, North Carolina, Consolidates Two Plants
Salisbury, NC (PRWEB) January 16, 2014 -- Champion Home Builders, Inc.® has made the strategic decision to move production of its Carolina Building Solutions brand to the Lillington, North Carolina production facility, consolidating two plants. Production at the current Carolina Building Solutions facility in Salisbury, North Carolina is targeted to cease on March 14, 2014. This shift will allow Champion Homes to increase capacity and offer future improvements to Carolina Building Solutions products and services.
All orders for Carolina Building Solutions placed on or after Monday, January 20, 2014 will be fulfilled through the Lillington facility, which has built mobile and modular homes since 1999. Homes will be produced with the same pricing, specifications and sound construction methods that customers have relied on at the Salisbury facility. The current line-up of Carolina Building Solutions modular homes will remain and will be offered at the new facility, including ranches, cape cods and two-story homes.

All sales, service, engineering and administrative support staff will remain at Salisbury until March 14. Over the next 60 days, Champion Homes leadership will work with all Salisbury employees to ease the transition and maximize transfers to Lillington or other Champion Homes locations.
