Judge Denies Zimmer's Changes in NexGen Knee Implant Multidistrict Litigation: Now, AttorneyOne Can Provide Advice

A new lawsuit was filed on December 6, by a woman in New York Northern District Court (case no. 5:2013cv01511) alleging that she suffered complications from her Zimmer NexGen Knee implant. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff was implanted with the Zimmer NexGen LPS-Flex Knee in 2009. Subsequently she alleges that she suffered serious pain and the implant became loose leading to revision surgery in 2012.
