Diana comes to HORAN with 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her core focus areas include: strategic planning, organizational development, employment policies and procedures, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services.

Diana is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) and International Customer Service Association (ICSA).
