The master-planned community of Heritage in Wake Forest and Rolesville, NC closed 2013 with average new home sale prices up 16% over 2012. As a whole 2013 recorded new home closings 10 percent above projections as well as list to sales price ratios at 100 percent.
Last year saw a number of other key improvements over 2012 that indicate growth in 2014. Heritage homes commanded $10 more per square foot in 2013 and spent an average of 31 fewer days on the market.
