Heritage Wake Forest 2013 Average New Home Sale Price Finished 16% Above 2012

As a whole 2013 recorded new home closings 10 percent above projections as well as list to sales price ratios at 100 percent.
Last year saw a number of other key improvements over 2012 that indicate growth in 2014. Heritage homes commanded $10 more per square foot in 2013 and spent an average of 31 fewer days on the market. Construction of new homes remained strong last year with the completion of a number of neighborhoods within Heritage. And, preparation for the construction of more homes in 2014 is well underway.

Following strong numbers in November, December closings remained 15 percent higher than 2012. Traffic to the on-site sales center at Heritage are up over the last few weeks.
