Liberal Tears Gun Oil, otherwise known as the greatest gun lube known to man, has wasted absolutely no time in stirring up controversy in the social mediasphere, says Tactical SHT. Just days after being launched at SHOT Show 2014 in Las Vegas, it appears as if Liberal Tears Gun Oil may have caused Tactical SHT's Facebook page to be banned and unpublished. Coincidentally, all admins of the Tactical SHT Facebook page that posted the Liberal Tears Gun Oil post, have effectively been banned from posting, liking, commenting, or sharing any content on the site.

According to Tactical SHT, it seems as if Liberal Tears Gun Oil, gun lube that you can use for your AR-15, AK-47, or any other rifle, pistol, or firearm, did not sit well with the Facebook police and their Community Standards. Hours after several posts promoting the launch and release of the new product, Tactical SHT was effectively unpublished from Facebook and all admins of the page have been banned from posting anything for 24 hours. Tactical SHT page admin, Sig Glockincolt, learned of the the ban at 7:34 AM on Monday, January 20th and immediately submitted an appeal. Owner TJ Kirgin stated, "I am shocked that ALL of our administrators have been banned, some for 24 hours, others for as long as 30 days."

If the ban was due to this, some interesting questions come to mind considering the posts were not graphic, they were not sexual in nature, and they were not posted with any intention besides to drive sales and raise awareness of the new product. It seems like a distinct possibility that the political nature of the gun oil violated Facebook's Community Standards, which begs the question, since when did it become an issue to post political content on Facebook to promote a product? Is the phrase "Liberal Tears" really that offensive? Facebook's explanations were brief, inadequate, and unclear according to statements from Tactical SHT admins and their owner, TJ Kirgin.

As of right now, the Tactical SHT admins are still waiting on an answer for this, and they will have to rebuild the page that took them over a year to reach 82,000+ dedicated and loyal fans across the world. Seemingly, Kirgin says, all because they published a few posts featuring Liberal Tears Gun Oil.
