Over half of Brits find it difficult to make their money stretch until next pay day
London (PRWEB UK) 21 January 2014 -- Research by TopCashback, released today, reveals that over half of Brits are finding it difficult to make their money stretch until their next payday. The study indicated that 47% of us are enjoying pay day treats, whilst more than a quarter are overspending into next month’s pay check. Other key findings include:
• The most popular pay day treat for men is going for a meal and for women, it’s buying clothes
• A fifth of Brits would like to see pay day happen on a weekly basis
• When Brits need to save the pennies, half will cut back on their social life expenses and a third will cut back on unnecessary shopping luxuries
