With its programs growing in complexity, PTC needed to replace its cumbersome manual system to improve the publication of its courses and classes, certifications, simplify payments, better track registrations and historical student data. PTC is now saving considerable time to setup and launch the registrations and catalogs for the new programs. This resulted in PTC adding record number of new programs for 2014. "We initial objective to use Mylo to increase attendance or revenues, but it certainly made registration process simpler and more accurate and is more professional looking for our attendees," says Gary Worth, Operations Manager at PTC. "The system is excellent for tracking purchasing transactions and student historical data."
