Oakland, CA. (PRWEB) January 22, 2014
Principal's Training Center (PTC), the leading Training organization for International school leaders, Administrators, Teachers and Counselors has deployed the MyloTEAM Cloud platform to support the company's global growth strategy of its onsite and online training programs.
Since the launch of its first program in 1989, PTC's business has grown exponentially each year to meet the professional development needs of International school leaders, administrators, teachers, counselors and other's involved in in international schools. The PTC offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for practicing and aspiring international school principals and other special programs for teachers and counselors, including an 'Essential Skills Program' consisting of four, week-long institutes leading to a Certificate of International School Leadership; an Advanced Leadership Certificate; one and two day pre-conference seminars, often at regional conferences; onsite training and consulting and Teacher, Counselor and Business certificate programs. Since its launch over 2500 international educators have participated in PTC training programs.
With its programs growing in complexity, PTC needed to replace its cumbersome manual system to improve the publication of its courses and classes, certifications, simplify payments, better track registrations and historical student data. PTC is now saving considerable time to setup and launch the registrations and catalogs for the new programs. This resulted in PTC adding record number of new programs for 2014. "We initial objective to use Mylo to increase attendance or revenues, but it certainly made registration process simpler and more accurate and is more professional looking for our attendees," says Gary Worth, Operations Manager at PTC. "The system is excellent for tracking purchasing transactions and student historical data."
The selection and deployment of MyloTEAM's Training Administration & Management platform provides PTC with a centralized system that allows them to manage their programs from anywhere in the world - all from one platform. Mylo assisted in expanding their program by easily implementing a new collaboration site that PTC Instructors use extensively to supplement their classroom programs. Other benefits of MyloTEAM adoption include:
"PTC has enjoyed its long relationship with the Mylo team because of their commitment to us to help us build our first rather complex online training registration system. They have become like a family to us as we grew into the system, refined and improved it along the way to make our registration process more seamless, professional, user-friendly and accurate." summarized Bambi Betts, President at PTC.
