We needed a solution that allows us to carry out training and meetings primarily between the UK and Singapore. We are satisfied with TrueConf and found that it satisfied our needs at a reasonable cost.

To better connect their offices in the UK and Singapore, each with over 60 employees, Elfab Ltd. purchased TrueConf Server to meet their video conferencing needs. According to the company’s IT manager Michael Ward, TrueConf Server software will run on their local network to facilitate personnel training and staff meetings. The company’s management chose TrueConf Server for its Desktop Sharing feature and excellent video quality during conferences.

Elfab has a point-to-point MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) circuit between the UK and Singapore which is used to extend their local network over a WAN (Wide Area Network). The defining factor in choosing a video conferencing solution for Elfab was TrueConf Server’s ability to operate on a private network without requiring Internet access.

Thanks to the appropriate AV equipment and high bandwidth available via WAN, Elfab’s employees will be able to use video conferencing not only in FullHD, but even in 4K (UltraHD) resolution, which will greatly assist the company in effectively training personnel.

“Elfab Ltd. needed a secure FullHD video conferencing solution able to work on a private network. After thorough testing, Elfab’s management made sure that TrueConf Server is an optimal solution for their company, and fits all of their requirements,” said Michael Gotalsky, TrueConf CEO. “TrueConf Server is user-friendly, works in private networks, and the quality of video communication can reach up to 4K (UltraHD).”

Michael Ward, Elfab IT Manager, said: “We needed a solution that allows us to carry out training and meetings primarily between the UK and Singapore. All other solutions we tried used the Internet and as such because of the bandwidth and latency it gave us very poor results. We are satisfied with TrueConf and found that it satisfied our needs at a reasonable cost.”
