Data Quality and Communications Leader to Focus on End-To-End API Portfolio in 2014

StrikeIron, the leader in end-to-end API management and cloud-based data solutions, announced today that its revenues increased by 400 percent over the four-year period ending in 2013. The main contributors to this meteoric growth are its email verification and hygiene services and its SMS mobile marketing services. These two managed APIs rose from hundreds to thousands of customers by the end of 2013.

Monetizing existing data and digital assets are essential for Fortune 100 and small businesses alike to reach new customers and ensure business growth. Mobile app development and social channels represent potential new market opportunities that are made possible through APIs. StrikeIron is leading the API economy and recently completed its end-to-end API portfolio, which includes API management, managed APIs and API accelerators.

In order to serve its growing customer base and adapt to a new focus on its API portfolio, StrikeIron grew its personnel by more than 30 percent in 2013. High-level leadership positions were filled in 2013 including the hiring of Katie Fabiszak, Vice President of Marketing, and Greg Anglum, Chief Financial Officer, both with over 20 years of experience in their respective fields. StrikeIron plans to continue growing its employee base, doubling its hiring rate in 2014.
