OPS Rules Partners, LLC., a leading operations and strategy consulting firm is pleased to announce the promotions of Derek Nelson and W. James Watt to Partner. The company expands their leadership team and aligns the organization for future growth.

'Derek and Jay have proven track records of delivering great value to our clients while playing key roles in the growth of OPS Rules,' said OPS Rules CEO and Managing Partner Mike Romeri.

Derek Nelson has been the key to our emerging supply chain analytics practice providing insight to customers through a data-driven modeling approach. Derek received his MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Northwestern University. Derek recently coauthored the book, Managerial Analytics, released in late November of 2013.

W. James Watt has driven our end-to-end optimization efforts with a number of large CPG and industrial companies, including PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours, which detailed its results in a webinar. He received his MBA from Babson College and his Bachelors of Science in Management Science from MIT.
