DealActivator’s Health Meter Tracks Customized Dealership Benchmarks

In today’s economy, dealers need every advantage they can secure. DealActivator’s Health Meter allows Dominion customers to secure a competitive advantage by maximizing the ability to reach viable customers.

Dominion Dealer Solutions, industry leader in equity data mining, responsive web design, automotive marketing, CRM, lead generation, reputation and inventory management, and a division of Dominion Enterprises, announced today the addition of tracking technology embedded inside its equity mining product, DealActivator.

DealActivator’s Health Meter allows automotive dealers and dealership sales representatives to track system use at both enterprise and individual levels. With this new tracking capability, dealers can determine how frequently the DealActivator tool is being used and correlate that use to dealership-wide sales. Moreover, DealActivator’s Health Meter can be used to compare activity against both an individual salesperson’s specific sales results as well as overall sales performance.

This industry-exclusive technology acts as a human resources tool -- tying sales team effectiveness or ineffectiveness to the use of DealActivator success metrics. DealActivator’s Health Meter also notifies dealers each month of significant drops in usage, enabling them to identify potential performance detractors. In order to do this, DealActivator’s Heath Meter allocates a health score to each user. Users can observe increases or decreases in both individual and dealership-wide health scores. Dealerships have the ability to create customized benchmarks and automatically receive notifications when health scores drop below the specified threshold.

“By customizing benchmarks, sending alerts, and monitoring trends, DealActivator’s Health Meter provides user-friendly information on how frequently and effectively dealerships’ sales representatives are using DealActivator,” said Alan Andreu, general product manager of equity solutions at Dominion Dealer Solutions. The health score is unique for each dealership, providing a dealer-specific score ranging from 1-100. “In today’s economy, dealers need every advantage they can secure. DealActivator’s Health Meter allows Dominion customers to secure a competitive advantage by maximizing the ability to reach viable customers.”

DealActivator provides competitive advantages for local retailers by harvesting current customers from the DMS, creating a new sales initiative in the service drive, and then delivering the best possible prospects by pushing customers into the market early. Multi-dealer franchises and OEMs can garner a high-level insight into which dealers are using the DealActivator tool and correlate that use with the ROI for the product. DealActivator also makes contact with a retailer’s best customers by utilizing automated multichannel messaging that sends pre-qualified buyers directly to the showroom, thus driving significant revenue and ROI.
