National Customer Service Association Honors Moen in 2013 All-Star Service Awards

Moen’s Consumer Services department was honored as the NCSA’s Service Team of the Year for providing superb assistance on a consistent basis.

Moen’s Consumer Services department was honored as the NCSA’s Service Team of the Year for providing superb assistance on a consistent basis.

The Service Team of the Year award is presented annually to the group or team that, through their collective actions, lives service excellence on a daily basis.

“Every new hire in our Consumer Services department spends 500 hours in intense classroom training to learn about Moen products, processes, warranties and more,” added DeSousa. “This process is extremely difficult, yet we realize how vital it is to our success in establishing a satisfied customer – and one that continues to come back to the Moen brand for life.”
