Throughout 2013, SPS increased its exposure and added resources to multiple geographic areas in order to best serve its client base. SPS’ global reputation for providing strategic business solutions and it's focus on innovation and technology were key factors in securing the new deals, which include organizations from both the public and private sectors in a variety of industries. The new agreements are reflective of all of Swiss Post Solutions’ outsourcing business lines, with a majority for mailroom management and reception services.
SPS has also made significant strides within the non-profit and health care sectors over the year, as well as continued success within the media & entertainment and legal industries. In addition, according to the company, nearly 30% of SPS’ new wins are major deals with iconic manufacturing enterprises.
