New additions to the TICKETECH systems line in 2014 will include the TICKETECH Auditor, a License Plate Recognition-enabled tool that provides enhanced checks and balances to TICKETECH’s renowned revenue control technology. The company will also expand installation of its Radio Frequency Identification module for monthly parker management in attended parking environments. Current and future clients will also enjoy an updated user interface and reporting capabilities in TICKETECH’s Back Office program via a new Dashboard feature that will be launched in 2014.

The company has introduced new modules for its latest-generation software platform Ultra, including the TICKETECH Export Administration Module, which streamlines the publication of parking facility location and rate information to multiple third-party consumer applications. This January, TICKETECH is launching its updated Reservations Manager, providing greater controls for operators accepting and processing parking reservations booked through third-party apps.
