Macrina Manor in Uniontown, Pa., has hired Edward Rutledge as chief financial officer. A seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of healthcare financial leadership experience, Rutledge assumed his new duties at Mt. Macrina Manor on January 6.

Formerly, Rutledge held the role of chief financial officer at Centre Crest Nursing Home, a 240-bed facility in Bellefonte, Pa. His responsibilities included leadership oversight of billing, accounts payable, budgets, cost reporting and financial statement review. He previously was the regional controller for Grane Healthcare Company in Pittsburgh, Pa., where he led business office operations and prepared operating and capital budgets. Rutledge also served as fiscal director for Washington County Health Center in Washington, Pa.
