The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.
More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 36 percent over 2013. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 129 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges.
AWL was chosen as a finalist for its overall commitment to sales and customer service excellence and its specific investment in growing and enhancing its Live Connect Concierge product. AWL's Live Connect Concierge team connects consumers searching for insurance online with the company's insurance clients via the phone. Since July 2012, the Concierge representative headcount has grown by more than 200 percent and today exceeds 200 employees. In addition to increasing Concierge headcount, AWL implemented a new technology platform in 2013 that is fully integrated with the core AWL platform, increasing the efficiency of LCC operations by approximately 150 percent. As a result of these investments, LCC revenues grew by more than 25 percent in 2013.
