TeamVisibility, a sales performance management platform, has appointed Gary Milwit to their Advisory Board. As SVP of Sales at Stone Street Capital LLC, Milwit was an early adopter of TeamVisibility and has seen dramatic results since implementing the platform in early 2013.
TeamVisibility CEO Carmen Facciobene sees Milwit’s appointment to the board as a natural fit: “Gary has been a big proponent of TeamVisibility for almost a year. He really embraces the importance of coaching in a sales organization and has been an informal advisor to the company since Stone Street Capital began using the product. He’s given us input on TeamVisibility 2.0 and his feedback has shaped a number of other enhancements. I’m excited for him to collaborate with the rest of the Advisory Board.”
Milwit has served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Stone Street Capital LLC since 2006, and is responsible for its three product channels: Structured Settlements, Lottery and Annuities. The American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP) has recognized Milwit’s success in sales and leadership, honoring him for Excellence in Execution in 2012 and naming him Executive of the Year in 2013. Before joining Stone Street Capital, Milwit was the General Manager of the Energy, Education and Government Services Division. A General Manager at Earth Link Networks (formerly AWS, Convergence Technologies aka WeatherBug) where he directed the Energy, Education, Commercial and Education divisions. Gary is a former high school Athletic Director, football and baseball coach, and extends his coaching philosophies to sales each and every day. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
Milwit will be the fourth member of TeamVisibility’s Advisory Board. He joins Steve Richard and David Stillman, co-founders of Vorsight, an award-winning sales effectiveness, training, and consulting firm, and Tom Snyder, Chairman of Business Performance Partners and author of McGraw Hill best sellers, Escaping the Price Driven Sale and Selling In a New Market Space.
