Bozeman, MT (PRWEB) January 24, 2014
Polar FT60 has released a new white color and a lower price for 2014, says the Heart Rate Watch Company.
"The Polar FT60 is a three zone watch and offers Polar Star Trainer and calories total and from fat," says Rusty Squire, President of the Heart Rate Watch Company. The FT60 is now 15% less expensive than it was in 2013 according to Squire.
Polar FT60 White
The new Polar FT60 white comes in the wider wristband that is more unisex, unlike the violet which is thinner in the band area. "While the watches are identical in function, how they feel on your wrist can vary with the watch band width," says Squire.
"Polar FT60 is one of those watches that is a stalwart of the gym based workout," says Squire. He adds, "While they do work with the old G1 GPS and the S1 foot pod for pace and distance, that technology is antiquated, so most of the our customers add a Flowlink data transfer device so they can use Polar Personal Trainer and call it good."
What Else Is New At Polar?
"Well the new Polar V800 triathlon watch is due out in early April and is loaded with swim/run/bike technology along with Bluetooth Smart," says Squire. He adds, "I'd also look for Polar to continue to create more Bluetooth accessories and interfaces as well as further watch updates this year."
Complimentary Fitness Books
"All customers at the Heart Rate Watch Company receive complimentary copies of 'How To Successfully Use A Heart Rate Monitor' and 'How To Elevate Fitness With Strength and Interval Training' to make sure they get off on the right foot," says Squire. He adds, "Having a new device is one thing, knowing how to use it appropriately is an entirely different body of knowledge."
