The new office position is designed to create a more efficient flow from office to technician to customer. The majority of field technicians belongs to the plumbing division and handles a monthly volume of over 1000 service calls. Services range from drain clogs to whole house re-pipes, spanning from the border in the south up to the 78 in the North County.
“It is a delicate balance,” said Jaime Howe-Stolis, Plumbing Division Office Manager. “All of our dispatchers and call takers have to communicate so we are all on the same page. We have to know everything that is going on in the field and ensure our technicians are also being taken care, and dispatched to the right calls, in the right area based on our customers’ needs and technicians skill set all so we can continue providing the highest standard of service, quickly and at affordable rates.”
In order to continue on the track of growth and success the well established San Diego plumbing company has been on for over 30 years, the office is undergoing advanced training for all dispatchers and call takers, as well as new teams within the field. Job descriptions have been streamlined by Howe-Stolis to free up unnecessary tasks that do not benefit customers and each team now has a direct line of communication with one another to keep daily operations running at the optimal level.
