• Dr. Phyllis Resnick, Ph.D., lead economist with Colorado Futures Center. Her current research includes an economic impact study of Medicaid expansion in Colorado and the 2040 economic and demographic forecast for the North Front Range Metropolitan Planning Organization.
• Dr. Richard Wobbekind, Ph.D., associate professor of business economics and finance at the University of Colorado Boulder. As Executive Director of the Business Research Division his responsibilities include developing an annual consensus forecast of the Colorado economy.
