Healthcare Team Training (HTT) announced today it is changing its name to Synensis. The name change is a rebranding initiative to better align the company’s identity with future strategy. This decision was prompted by the fact that the company is no longer focused just on teams, or just training. The portfolio of services and tools reaches far beyond these descriptors to include customizable, outcome-driven solutions that improve patient safety, enhance the patient experience, and increase the capacity of healthcare leadership and providers to facilitate change. Additionally, the operations today are more global in nature and include product lines well beyond where the company began over ten years ago, such as Safety Culture Debriefs, safety management staffing and managing change related to large scale technology implementations.
