The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organises several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and the new Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, 21st February at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the USA and several other nations are expected to attend.
More than 1,500 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 36% over 2013. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 129 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 43 categories for customer service and contact centre achievements; 43 categories for sales and business development achievements; and categories to recognise new products and services and solution providers.
In 2013, Creative Virtual was named the winner of a Silver Stevie Award as part of the 10th Annual International Business Awards in the category of Most Innovative Company of the Year in Europe.
