Discovery USA, a high-science marketing and communications agency and part of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG), announced the appointment of Kristin M. Keller as Executive Vice President, Client Engagement.
In this role, Keller is responsible for expanding Discovery’s offerings, ensuring Discovery’s clients are connected to the full range of services and expertise provided through PHCG, and leading the agency’s new business strategy.

Keller joins Discovery from Idis, Inc., where she served as President, Managed Access Program Services and Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she was responsible for the overall leadership, commercial operation and financial performance of the company’s global Managed Access Programs (MAPs) on behalf of pharma/biotech clients.
Prior to Idis, Keller served as Co-Founder/Partner and Executive Vice President of Compass Healthcare Marketers, a global patient marketing agency that specializes in the orphan drug/rare disease sector, where she oversaw the management of all agency operations.
Keller is a regular speaker at industry conferences, including World Orphan Drug Congress, CBI-Orphan Drugs and ePharma Summit. She serves as chair of the Corporate Council of Global Genes: The RARE Project, one of the leading rare and genetic disease patient advocacy organizations in the world, and sits on the Board of Directors for Womanspace, Inc., a New Jersey-based agency for domestic violence and sexual assault services.
