Chicago’s Top South Side Agents Unite in Hyde Park

The brokers from Keller Williams Realty will be a welcomed addition to the nearly 1300 brokers and 63 locations already associated with Century 21 Affiliated.
The combined Hyde Park team will include a set of brokers from Keller Williams Realty and C21 Kennedy Ryan, including top-producers Marki Lemons-Ryhal, Gwen Newton, and Jeanne Spurlock.
Marki Lemons-Ryhal has worked in the industry for over a decade and has over 20 years of marketing experience. She is a fifth generation successful entrepreneur, third generation restaurateur, and first generation infopreneur, establishing herself as an inbound marketing leader. Gwen Newton is the current Team Leader of the Keller Williams Hyde Park office. Gwen has a Marketing Degree, and worked at Unilever in Marketing, Market Research and Finance. Gwen was previously an Asset Manager at Fannie Mae. She specializes in competitive pricing, savvy marketing, REO, short sales, foreclosures, and keeping her finger on the pulse of Hyde Park real estate happenings. Using the latest technology and industry analysis, Gwen has brought win-win deals to the Hyde Park group.
