He and a representative from flash-sale retailer Joss & Main will discuss ways that businesses are strategically serving up content tailored to individuals to influence the buying process.

Wirth will join a panel session with Andrea Black of Joss & Main, where the two will discuss ways in which businesses are strategically serving up content tailored to individuals in an effort to influence the buying process. The session titled, Data Driven Personalization, will be held at 10:50 – 11:30 a.m. and will educate attendees on leveraging data and analytics to provide consumers with personalized content and experiences. Wirth will share real case studies detailing the impact on conversion rates and lessons learned.
