“Carol’s deep experience in the contact center industry will help PlayVox lead the adoption of gamification and social technologies in the enterprise and the BPO market” said Oscar Giraldo, co-founder and CEO of PlayVox. “It’s an exciting time to be involved in the contact center industry as it transitions to the cloud, social and gamification technologies”
“I’m delighted to be part of this PlayVox team. PlayVox is in the right place at the right time with the right solutions. Large enterprises have clearly benefited from Workforce Optimization practices and tools to improve agent productivity and the customer experience.
