Angie’s List, the national consumer review service, announced today that it is working with vWorkApp to make it even easier for local service companies to provide superior service to Angie’s List members.
vWorkApp, Inc. provides cloud-based, mobile Field Service Management (FSM) tools for service companies to schedule jobs, dispatch technicians, invoice customers, and accept payment in the field.

Based on that member data, we know who the best service providers are, how they are performing, and how technology can help them perform even better,” said Angie’s List Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Bill Oesterle.
The vWorkApp tools will help companies improve response times, lower costs, and improve service levels. “That means our members will get better value, faster solutions to their home service needs, and an easier way to find, hire, and pay service providers,” Oesterle said.

Leveraging Angie’s List’s more than 2 million paid members and reviews on more than 1.5 million service companies with vWorkApp’s capabilities presents a significant opportunity for Angie's List to drive increased efficiency across billions of dollars of local service transactions.

Angie's List and vWorkApp will be launching the initiative and deploying the app in test markets starting in February, 2014. The companies have also entered into a Letter of Intent to expand the use of mobile FSM technology throughout the Angie's List marketplace.
