CCTV-4 is now available to over 28,000 new Chinese households in the Desert Cities, Dallas and San Diego areas. Subscribers to CCTV-4 enjoy cultural programming and entertainment programming in Mandarin from mainland China.
CCTV4 is now available for the first time to Time Warner Cable subscribers in the following locations:
