The Race Club Releases the First Video in a Dryland Stretching Series
Florida Keys, FL (PRWEB) January 28, 2014 -- The Race Club recently released the first video in a series of three dry land stretching routines. 'Swimming Workouts - Dryland Stretching Exercises' walks viewers through proper stretching techniques to improve a swimmer’s technique.
“We always want to provide our fans and fellow swimmers with high quality training videos to improve their form, technique and overall swimming performance. Accessibility is very important to us and this new dry land pre-workout series is a great addition to our videos we provide already,” stated Gary Hall, owner and coach at The Race Club.
The video, now available on The Race Club website, walks viewers through several crucial stretches, increasing flexibility and power while reducing the chance of injury. Coach Gary Hall walks through each stretch and it’s correlation to the stroke in the pool.
“When swimmers begin to understand how dry land training and stretching correlate to the pool, they take it much more seriously and they will see much better results,” continued Hall.
The five-minute, instructional video is the first part of a three part dry land series. In this first series, Coach Gary Hall reviews streamline form and stretches, flexibility in the shoulder and the importance of shoulder joint as it relates to Swimming. Partner stretches as well as dynamic stretching are reviewed as a key component to a successful dry land workout.
