PMO Advisory (, a management consulting firm that helps organizations bridge the gap between ideas and execution, today announced that the firm has reorganized its service offering under a single, unified practice: “Strategic Business Execution.” To help explain how Strategic Business Execution works, PMO Advisory recently completed a comprehensive video presentation that explains how the importance of business execution and the research that we are conducting.

As part of Business Execution Strategy, PMO Advisory will continue to offer services that help clients bridge the gap between business plans and tangible outcomes. PMO Advisory’s services include Project Management Office (PMO), program and project leadership, process improvement, product evaluation, and business transformation. It also offers data analysis and visualization, project training, audit, risk management, project rescue and IT advisory services. By consolidating all its consulting services under a single practice area, the PMO Advisory team can more efficiently extend the right resources to meet client needs.

PMO Advisory’s new Strategic Business Execution offering has been organized as a simple structure that encompasses three areas of activities: planning, operations and change.
