With SPS’ focus on continued business expansion in the North American market, Nicole’s appointment as a Solutions Executive within the Knowledge & Client Solutions Division is further evidence of the company’s healthy growth.
A seasoned team leader with broad software solutions expertise, Nicole will support the business development team through identifying and creating outsourcing strategies. Her role will focus on assessing onsite solutions that help clients achieve cost savings and increase productivity.
Nicole joins SPS NA after gaining years of relevant work experience while at DDI System, a software company located in Connecticut. Since 2007, she has held several progressive positions at DDI System including Implementation Specialist, Documentation Manager, and Senior Solutions Analyst.

Nicole will support SPS’ North American client base and will operate out of the New York City office. She holds a BA in English and MA in Editorial studies from Boston University.
