Watson brings more than 14 years of successful sales and sales management experience to the national recruitment firm and is tasked with helping Lucas Group expand and develop its functional HR expertise in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth market.
With an exceptional blend of relationship building, networking and coaching skills, Watson has successfully developed business practices while positively impacting the professionals and companies around him. As Managing Partner for the firm’s HR team in Dallas, he will engage his strong background in sales, sales leadership and operations to hire, train and develop a team of human resources recruiting consultants. In addition to team management responsibilities, Watson will work with corporate clients and HR professionals to identify and create ideal talent matches.

Watson most recently served as managing director at Digital Intelligence Systems in Dallas, where he was responsible for sales, recruiting and operations. In addition, he spent over a decade in various recruitment and leadership roles with TEKsystems, Inc. in both Dallas and Memphis, TN. While there he initiated, built, and maintained successful business relationships with new and existing clients, from mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. As a sales manager, he was also responsible for coaching effective performance management, account planning, business development, networking and presentation skills of his team.
