Stuck in a bad apartment lease? HomeFirst™ Certified Community can bail you out. Michigan families that buy a manufactured home in any HomeFirst™ Certified Community will receive up to $1,200 to settle the early move out fee at their old apartment. Families that rent a home will get up to $600.
The offer is only valid for individuals with 60 or fewer days remaining on their current apartment lease, said Danya Mallad, Director of Sales and Marketing.
“If you’re currently renting an apartment, don’t let your landlord rope you into renewing your lease,” said Mallad. “Call your local HomeFirst™ Certified Community and we’ll get you situated in one of our spectacular homes. And on top of that, we’ll pay you up to $1,200 to cover any early move out fees you incur.”
HomeFirst™ Certified Community’s Apartment Bailout Program is just one of the special offers for which new residents may be eligible. Here are some others:
Referral Program: If a current resident refers a new resident into a HomeFirst™ Certified Community, both individuals will earn at least $250 within 30 days of move-in.
Down Payment Match Program: HomeFirst™ Certified will match your down payment on a new home, up to $3,500.
Military Pricing Program: Military members, veterans and their immediate families can earn $50/month off rent for the term of their lease, or $1,000 cash back when they buy a new home.
Home Transfer Program: HomeFirst™ Certified will pay the moving costs for residents who want to move their home into a HomeFirst™ Certified Community.
