WebsiteAlive Announces Promotions and New Hires

WebsiteAlive has promoted three members of its management team and hired four additional developers. The management team has designated 2014 the Year of the Customer.

WebSiteAlive, maker of industry-leading AliveChat online chat software, is growing yet again! The Texas-based company is proud to announce that it has added new roles for the following team members:

  • Bryan Apgar has been promoted to vice president of sales and business development. In addition to managing all WebsiteAlive’s sports divisions, he will also head the company’s new sales team.
  • Lee Bratina, who has proved his mighty worth at both tech support and development, will become the director of WebSiteAlive’s technology services division.
  • WebsiteAlive is especially excited about the role it has created for Jarrell Liner, who is now director of client happiness. The management team believes the happiness of its customers is the most important part of its business, so they decided to put more focus on it. Jarrell has shown an outstanding ability to keep customers happy no matter what. He’ll be working alongside WebsiteAlive’s social media and marketing team.
  • At the same time, WebSiteAlive’s continued growth has allowed it to hire four additional developer/coders.

WebSiteAlive’s executive partners, Dustin Yu and Adam J. Stass, have named 2014 The Year of the Customer.

“We both realized that we love to be taken care when we go to a site and have issues,” says Stass. “We love it when companies like Amazon and Zappos give us rock star service. We thought, ‘Well, we should give that kind of service, too.’”

Yu adds, “We’re inspired by Zappos’ focus on building relationships with customers. This way, we can really get to understand our clients’ needs and provide more value to the industry.”

WebsiteAlive already has a reputation for personal, attentive service and for its availability to connect with customers in the live chat space. But Stass and Yu decided that the increase in staff give them all the more opportunity—and, frankly, an imperative—to offer clients the best service possible.
