Susan Adams, the Director of Engagement with Dittman Incentive Marketing (Dittman), has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). The IMA is an internationally recognized professional association dedicated to helping corporations achieve strategic goals and boost bottom-line ROI through results-driven incentive, recognition, rewards, and engagement programs.

Adams, a Certified Professional of Incentive Management (CPIM) and Certified Engagement Practitioner (CEP), has published numerous papers including her latest, “Roadmap to Employee Engagement.” Since 2005, she has held various management positions with Dittman and currently works on engagement and marketing initiatives, as well as overseeing their Air and Great Escapes individual incentive travel divisions. Additionally, Adams is a past president and board member of the Recognition Council and a board member of the Performance Improvement Council (PIC), both strategic industry groups of the IMA.
