Reston, VA (PRWEB) February 04, 2014
Guident, a subsidiary of CRGT Inc., won a $7 million, three-year contract with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to redesign a new Tips, Complaints, and Referrals (TCR) Business Process Management (BPM) system. The revised system will more efficiently process and resolve thousands of communications received from the general public – including submissions under the SEC’s Whistleblower Program – and internal SEC analysts.
CRGT’s services will enhance the intake and processing of tips and complaints received from the general community through a public-facing website. The new TCR system will include an internal application for SEC staff to receive, record, track, and take action on tips and complaints including submissions under the SEC’s Whistleblower Program. It will provide workflow, search, and data analytics capabilities.
“We are honored to be providing services at the SEC for this nationally important program. Our recent awards shows our organization’s ability to deliver mission critical application systems including supporting the SEC’s role of ensuring the integrity of financial markets,” said CRGT President Tom Ferrando.
CRGT’s Team will leverage the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack in developing the new system.
