Marriage makes better bones for men 25 or older, Your Lifestyle Products comment.
Gatwick, Surrey (PRWEB UK) 1 February 2014 -- Research conducted by a team at UCLA has identified marriage being good for men’s bone health, but on the stipulation that they marry when they are 25 years or older reported ‘dnaindia’ on 23rd January 2014. The latest findings suggest that men who married at a younger age have lower bone strength than those who married for the first time at a later age (http://www.dnaindia.com/health/report-marriage-at-25-or-older-good-for-men-s-bones-1955690).
The latest findings extend to men in marriage-like or stable relationships. Although the research did not find similar links in women, it did suggest that women with supportive partners had greater bone health than those whose partners didn’t appreciate them, understand how they felt or were emotionally unsupportive.
According to Dr Carolyn Crandall, “Good health depends not only on good health behaviours, such as maintaining a healthy diet and not smoking, but also on other social aspects of life, such as marital life stories and quality of relationships."
Your Lifestyle Products Ltd commented, “Some interesting points in the article, showing the correlation between marriage and bone health is particularly evident in spine health. Strong healthy bones are so important to quality of life. Osteoporosis and other bone diseases are on the rise, and we all need to take good care of our bones."
Your Lifestyle Products Ltd have recently launched Minplex, which contains ingredients to support normal bones. They go on to explain “Minplex is a powerful and unique combination of Vitamin K1, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc and Manganese. In addition, and unlike other supplements, the main ingredient in Minplex is Aquamin™, containing minerals sourced from red algae which absorbs essential minerals from the sea, and are easily absorbed into the body."
