The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will co-host the U.S. Investment Immigration Forum 2014 conference in Shenzhen, China. The conference is scheduled for March 17– 19, 2014 at the Ming Wah Int'l Convention Centre and is expected to attract EB-5 industry leaders from around the globe, including regional center representatives, U.S. immigration economists and tax experts, immigration services associations, migration agents, and more.

Kalmykov will provide an industry analysis with a forecast of future and trends of the EB-5 market. Kalmykov focuses her practice on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program, with a decade of experience in the industry. She regularly works with developers across a variety of industries, as well as private equity funds on developing new projects that qualify for EB-5 investments. She also counsels foreign nationals on obtaining green cards through individual or Regional Center EB-5 investments, as well as issues related to I-829 Removal of Conditions.
