Hyatt Regency Denver Offers a Variety of Valentine Celebrations

The February Valentine’s Package includes an overnight stay in a newly refreshed accommodation and a welcoming bottle of sparkling wine. Starting at $155 per room, this package is offered Thursday through Sunday nights beginning February 13-March 1, 2014 (subject to availability).
At Altitude Restaurant, in addition to the popular prime rib buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings, on February 14th, a special prix fix three-course Valentine’s dinner is featured. Guests begin with a choice of appetizers and can then select from one of four entrees:

To finish, a Sweet Hart Mille-Fleur to share is Pistachio Genua, Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse, Satilia Dark Chocolate and Rose Petal Brulee.
The dinner is $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
Peaks Lounge, located on the 27th floor, with views of the nearby Rocky Mountains and the entire Mile High City, features a special dessert platter for two on Valentine’s evening. It includes champagne-infused strawberries and other delectables. Priced at $45 per couple (plus tax and gratuity), each guest also receives a glass of wine, creating their own wine and chocolate pairing. The Valentine’s dessert platter is offered in addition to Peaks selection of appetizers, desserts, Colorado cocktails and wine by the glass.
