CareSource is realigning its business to focus on effectiveness in the management of its core Ohio market. Health care reform is part of the catalyst for this realignment which will bring eight of the company’s business components under the Ohio President’s leadership. As the company forecasts continued growth Ringel will lead this newly formed organizational structure that includes Community Education, Provider Relations, Member Care, Consumer Advocacy and Governmental Relations for the CareSource Medicaid, Marketplace and MyCare members. This focus will allow CareSource to continue providing innovative and industry leading products and services to CareSource Ohio members and stakeholder partners.
Ringel joined CareSource in 2011 as the Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Market and Product Group in 2012. He has 20 years of experience in the managed care industry.
CareSource has a 25-year history of mission-driven success and will leverage Ringel’s extensive knowledge of Ohio Medicaid, MyCare and the Health Insurance Marketplace products to provide continued leadership in Ohio.
