After attending these training sessions, customers realize they can do more with our technology: they become self-sufficient with our gateways; and they usually end up cultivating new business with customers or partners by networking at our events.

TelcoBridges announces today that the next stop of the TB Academy training seminar will take place in conjunction with the Mobile World Congress, on February 24th at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, SALON 1, Plaza Espana 6-8 in Barcelona. In 2013, a similar training session attracted a record number of partners, resellers and integrators, and this upcoming event marks the second consecutive year that TelcoBridges has hosted the TB Academy in conjunction with Mobile World Congress.
TelcoBridges instructors Martin Provencher and Lucas Trottier will lead a full day of sessions designed for Tier 1 and 2 support staff, sales engineers, and other individuals requiring technical training on Tmedia gateways. As has been the case with recent TB Academy training sessions around the globe, the event focuses heavily on ToolPack 2.8. Find out more about the event here.
The instructors will also present the latest capabilities of the Tmedia TMG800, TMG3200, and TMG7800 Gateways. They will walk participants through an array of new features, such as: TB Analytics’ test call and live signaling capture; as well as other topics such as:
- Introductions and detailed discussions for new products Tsig, and Ttrans
- New operational features in the Tmedia gateways
- New SS7 Features (M3UA HA, M3UA NTT, ISUP SPIROU)
- New CAS Features (CAS R1, H248 CAS)
- Flexible IP (VLAN support, port bonding, multiple IP address by port)
- Presentation and discussion of the 2014 TelcoBridges product roadmap
The full-day event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday—the first day of the MWC expo—making it convenient for many of TelcoBridges’ customers and partners to attend both events. Register for the event today.
“Our business with reseller partners, solutions developers and Tier-1 carriers has expanded rapidly in Spain and throughout Europe, so we’re expecting a great turnout in Barcelona,” said Luc Morissette, Director of Technical Support for TelcoBridges. “After attending one of these training sessions, customers realize they can do more with our technology: they become self-sufficient with our gateways; and they usually end up cultivating new business opportunities with customers or partners by networking at our events. All of these things, when combined with the full program at Mobile World Congress, make this edition of the TB Academy a ‘must-attend’ for our partners and customers in the region.”
