Vivreau Joins First Lady Michelle Obama and Other Celebrities to Encourage Americans to Drink More Water
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 05, 2014 -- Vivreau is proud to announce today that the company has become an official supporter of the Partnership for a Healthy America’s ‘Drink Up’ initiative. Vivreau joins PHA’s Honorary Chair First Lady Michelle Obama and other celebrities in an effort to encourage people to drink more water more often. Through its support, Vivreau has committed to assist in spreading awareness to the recently launched initiative which has been supported by celebrities that include Grammy winner John Legend, All-Star baseball player Curtis Granderson and actress and activist Eva Longoria among others.
In the year ahead Vivreau has committed to numerous marketing efforts that include the redesigning of
its re-usable glass bottles that accompany their sustainable, on-site water bottling systems utilized throughout the hospitality and corporate sectors. The newly designed bottle will feature the Drink Up logo with Vivreau expecting to place over 75,000 of these bottles into circulation within their client’s
locations that range from top hotels and restaurants to corporate offices and Fortune 500 boardrooms
from coast to coast. A portion of proceeds will also be donated to the PHA for the Drink Up initiative.
“We are thrilled to have Vivreau join the Drink Up initiative,” said Drew Nannis, Chief Marketing Officer for PHA. “Our supporters are what makes this initiative work, and adding a well-respected brand like Vivreau will only further our early success. We can’t wait to see the Drink Up logo on the beautiful Vivreau glass bottles in restaurants and around the country soon.”
“Vivreau is both very excited and proud to announce our support and join the First Lady in her efforts to encourage Americans to be healthy and drink more water,” stated Drew Hamilton, Managing Director for Vivreau USA. “We look forward to contributing and playing a role in this significant collaborative effort that encourages us all to benefit and be healthier by simply drinking more water more often.”
Timing could not be better as Vivreau prepares to launch their new highly anticipated Vi tap into the North American corporate office market which helps their clients fulfill health and wellness goals while further reducing their carbon footprint. The unique and stylish tap, specifically designed for corporate use, utilizes advanced micro-filtration technology and dispenses still, sparkling and boiling water. Sport bottles that accompany this system will also carry the ‘Drink Up’ message to help further promote the initiative’s awareness within corporate office culture.

About the Partnership for a Healthier America
The Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) is devoted to working with the private sector to ensure the health of our nation’s youth by solving the childhood obesity crisis. In 2010, PHA was created in conjunction with – but independent from – First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move!effort. PHA is a nonpartisan non-profit organization that is led by some of the nation’s most respected health and childhood obesity experts. PHA brings together public, private and non-profit leaders to broker meaningful commitments and develop strategies to end childhood obesity. Most important, PHA ensures that commitments made are commitments kept by working with unbiased third parties to monitor and publicly report on the progress our partners are making. For more information about PHA, please visit http://www.aHealthierAmerica.org and follow PHA on Twitter @PHAnews.
