Fertility SOURCE Companies Introduces New Case Management Teams to Serve Nationwide Egg Donor & Surrogacy Program
Irvine, California (PRWEB) February 05, 2014 -- Fertility SOURCE Companies (The Donor SOURCE and The Surrogacy SOURCE) is proud to introduce a new organizational approach, utilizing case management teams to better serve the clients of its nationwide egg donor and surrogacy programs. The new, two-person case management teams reflect an effort by Fertility SOURCE Companies (FSC) to coordinate operations between its egg donor and surrogacy programs and to improve third party reproductive care for intended parents, surrogates, donors, and IVF clinics across the United States and Internationally.
The new case management teams will allow Fertility SOURCE Companies to form and maintain stronger and more efficient relationships with its intended parents and partner clinics. Additionally, a clearer, more concise focus will strengthen Fertility SOURCE Companies' programs as the organization continues to grow. Many FSC staff members have previous experience as surrogates and/or egg donors. In working as a team they can share the personal experience needed to make the process as smooth and rewarding as possible for all parties involved.

Each new team will consist of two staff members who will coordinate with one another to cover a specific geographic region. In the Northeast Region, Sheryl Steinberg, Senior Regional Manager, and Shelli DiCioccio, Senior Case Manager will coordinate and work with surrogates, intended parents, and donors. In the Northwest Region, Jamie Williams, Director of Operations and April Alvarado, Senior Case Manager will coordinate efforts. For the Southwest Region, Theresa Ferrara, Senior Regional Manager, and Staci Padilla, Senior Case Manager, will work together. Lastly, for the Regional and International cases, Tricia Howard, Director of Operations, and Arika Avedano-Tucker, Senior Case Manager, will work as a team.
