DATAMARK, Inc., a leading provider of global business process outsourcing (BPO) services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, announced today that Ceasar Casas, formerly Director of Global Operations at DATAMARK, has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Global Operations.
In his new role, Casas will oversee more than 2,000 employees at DATAMARK facilities and operations in El Paso, Texas; San Antonio, Texas; Juarez, Mexico and Chennai, India. DATAMARK provides a full suite of BPO services, including digital mailroom management, document processing and bilingual customer contact center services. Casas’ responsibilities over DATAMARK’s operations will include oversight of operational financial performance, project management, transition management and business process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He also will oversee the implementation and performance of business process management systems (BPMS) applied to clients’ processes.
Casas began his career with DATAMARK in 2010 as a Business Development Manager. He later transitioned to Operations, and was appointed Director of Global Operations in 2011.

Casas brings a history of career success in global operations, supply chain, project management and business development. Prior to joining DATAMARK, he served as Vice President for Strategic Sourcing for NBC Universal, responsible for sourcing activities in the company’s Home Entertainment, Film Production and Post Production divisions. Before NBC Universal, Casas served various assignments in General Electric’s subsidiaries, including Global Supply Chain Leader - Equipment Services in GE’s Asset Intelligence Division, and GE Capital International Services - Americas (now Genpact) as a Service Delivery Leader. Prior to GE, Casas held positions in sourcing and project management with Chrysler Motors, Argos Corp. and Zenith.
