AT&T Names RCG 2014 Champion Telecom Solution Provider
Franklin, TN (PRWEB) February 06, 2014 -- RCG, a single-source telecom solution provider based in Franklin, Tenn., has been named a 2014 bronze level Solution Provider Champion by AT&T’s Alliance Channel Program. This is the second time RCG has received this designation.
Each year, the AT&T Alliance Channel Program recognizes select Solution Providers for outstanding performance. The award is based on meeting sales revenue production goals, completing ongoing continuing education on AT&T products and services and demonstrating superior customer service. RCG’s “Champion” designation stands for the firm’s proven performance, technical expertise, qualified single point of contact system and customer support synergy.
Solution providers, such as RCG, combine their own telecommunications expertise, value-added services and customer account management with AT&T’s product portfolios, network, customer care services and billing.
“It’s an honor to be named an AT&T Solution Provider Champion,” said Melinda Curran, RCG’s founder and CEO. “I believe the accolade is a testament to RCG’s unwavering commitment to provide customers with superior telecom performance, value and support.”
