CASTO, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, announced today a new wave of tenants will be joining phase 3 of Park West Village, located at the southwest corner of Cary Parkway and NC-54/Chapel Hill Road.
Earth Fare, Pier I Imports, Blackfinn Ameripub and Charming Charlie will be joining the shopping center’s tenant line-up.
Earth Fare, an organic health foods grocer offering organic meats, locally grown produce and specialty grocery products, will be situated in a new 25,000 sf building at the corner of Morrisville Parkway and Chapel Hill Road. This will be the second Raleigh location for Earth Fare.
Pier I Imports, a furniture and home décor store, will locate in 10,000 sf next to Ulta and Gander Mountain. This will be the second location for Pier I in the Cary/Morrisville market with plans to open summer of 2014.
Blackfinn Ameripub, a full-service restaurant with pub selling classic American Fare, will occupy nearly 6,000 square feet near the Park West Village 14 theatre.
Charming Charlie, a popular women’s fashion accessories store selling jewelry, handbags, shoes and apparel, will occupy 6,000 square feet next to Ulta. Charming Charlie expects to open with Ulta in early February.
