Project Organizer is project management designed for the creative, enabling marketing and creative departments to organize, track, and manage project details. The new Project Organizer features can be used to automatically assign deadlines and allocate resources to tasks during project setup. These new additions further streamline and automate creative workflows so businesses can get their content to market and capture revenue faster.

With the ability to assign task deadlines automatically based on project start or end dates, creative departments can quickly get projects kicked off with just a few clicks. Tasks can also be given a recommended “level of effort” which communicates to team members how much time they should spend on their assigned tasks and allows management to forecast their team’s workload.

Other new Project Management features include the ability to tag projects with both a status and a priority, to differentiate between a project’s tasks and milestones, and to invite vendors and freelancers into defined project dashboards.
