Dennis joins us at an exciting time in the company’s development

Fois, previously VP EMEA at eGain, will spearhead Rapide’s aggressive growth strategy, focusing on accelerating market penetration both domestically and abroad.

With almost twenty years of sales and management experience, much of it gained in international roles for global organisations like Barclays, Solera and ADP, Fois’ appointment marks a significant investment in expansion by Rapide.

He said, “Today’s consumers expect instant gratification, brands can’t get away with poor communication or simply paying lip service to customer feedback anymore. Some might struggle, but those who realise this as an opportunity to differentiate their services will leave their competitors standing.
