A North American leader in home and business security monitoring is taking on a greater role in its sponsorship of Canadian Curling Association Season of Champions events. SecurTek has been named the Presenting Sponsor for the 2014 (Kamloops, B.C.) and 2015 (Calgary) Tim Hortons Brier, in addition to the 2015 World Financial Group Continental Cup, also in Calgary.

“In so many ways, the Tim Hortons Brier embodies the community values that inspire us at SecurTek to achieve new levels of excellence,” said SecurTek President and Chief Executive Officer Darrell Jones. “Not unlike the sport of curling with its deep community roots, we at SecurTek embrace the sense of community through our network of local Authorized Dealer partners across this nation. It has become clear during the course of our partnership with the Canadian Curling Association that this organization and its stewardship of championship events such as the Tim Hortons Brier resonate in the hearts and minds of Canadians. Short of awarding them a Gold Medal of their own, we are thrilled to offer our heartfelt congratulations to the Canadian Curling Association on this occasion. SecurTek is proud to support your efforts to ensure the success of the 2014 edition of the Brier in beautiful Kamloops, B.C.”

SecurTek has been an active supporter of Season of Champions events; this season, it was a Diamond Sponsor of the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings in Winnipeg in addition to being a Diamond Sponsor of the 2013 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Kingston, Ont., and the 2013 WFG Continental Cup in Penticton, B.C.

“SecurTek has been a great supporter of the CCA’s Season of Champions events in recent years, and it’s great to see them take on a more prominent role as a Presenting Sponsor,” said CCA Chief Executive Officer Greg Stremlaw. “We appreciate their support and look forward to working together with them to ensure the success of these events.”
